I’m pretty sure that my son has a yeast infection from just observing the rash that he has on his private parts. My 3 yr old daughter had one a few months ago and this looks exactly like what she had. My daughters pediatrician gave us nystatin cream for my daughter which made it go away. But I’m out of the cream now and was wondering if there is something else I can use for my son that I can get over the counter instead of having to make a doc’s appointment and get a prescription for the nystatin. Any suggestions? Thanks!
